Generally, the pressure is increased to a pressure range of 5 to 20 kg , so that the raw water enters the reverse osmosis membrane under the effect of pressure. Since the reverse osmosis membrane only allows water molecules with a volume less than 0.0001 microns to pass through, other chemical ions and bacteria, fungi, and virions cannot pass through, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying and desalting water. 99% ,出水的电阻率小于 10μΩ•cm Generally, the desalination rate of first-grade reverse osmosis water reaches 99% , and the resistivity of the effluent is less than 10 μΩ • cm .

Third, equipment characteristics:

1. The device can be switched freely in the automatic and manual states;

2. The raw water adopts solenoid valve to automatically control the water inlet, and the collection water tanks are installed with high and low level liquid level detectors, which can realize the automatic and complete operation of the equipment without the need for special personnel to be on duty;

3. The high pressure pump adopts high and low pressure operation protection, and realizes linkage with the liquid level detector and water pump in the water tank;

4. On-line detection of effluent water quality, the device uses sound and light alarm.

Application:

1. Water for general electroplating industry (nickel plating, copper plating, zinc plating, etc.), coating industry, aluminum oxidation;

2. Water for electronics and power industry, boiler water;

3. Water for chemical raw material ingredients and cleaning water;

4. Deionized water for textile printing and dyeing;
